Returns
We want you to love your YesBubble experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Returns must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or beverage products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Items damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
